3.5 oz Cooked Left over Roast
2 C Raw Cabbage
2 C HCG Friendly Broth (Or water)
1 t or 1 clove Minced Garlic
Any seasonings to tast
(I used just a sprinkling of, onioin powder, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper and Safe Spice HCG Friendly All Purpose Seasoning.)
Sautee garlic in a little of the broth. Just till fragrant. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Allow to simmer until cabbage is at your desired tenderness.
This has my whole house smelling like I just cooked a roast! The cabbage is a filling veggie for the HCG Dieter and if you wanted you could do a big pot of this for the whole family. You could do your dieters serving in a small pot while the family's cooks in another bigger pot.
