Servings guessing about 6-8

1 head of cabbage (not red)
2-3 cups fat free beef broth (or water)
seasonings you like (I used a little bit of cajun seasonings, salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder)
Water to cover cabbage...

Chop cabbage up discard the knot in the bottom of it. Discard the two outer leaves. Cut it all up into strips or however you like it!

Add cabbage to beef broth and seasonings.

Add water just to the same level of cabbage.

Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until desired tenderness!

This makes several servings of cabbage you can serve without the broth.

I saved the left overs with the broth to use as a soup base.

I am having some right now with chicken and it is yummy!!
